Your data and your rights
  • Data controller: MOTRO SAS (see the legal notice).
  • Purpose: reviewing your application and getting back to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Recipients: the MOTRO team, by email and in its internal tool. Your data is never sold or transferred.
  • Service providers: website hosting, the database and email are entrusted to technical providers who process this data on our behalf; transfers outside the European Union are described in the legal notice (section 5.7).
  • Retention: if your application is not taken forward, it is deleted from our tool no later than 2 years after our last exchange, and your CV is removed from our mailbox within the same period.
  • Abuse prevention: an encrypted fingerprint of your connection, never your IP address itself, limits repeated submissions; it is deleted after 30 days.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, by writing to contact@motro.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
