How reviews are checked
  • Nothing is offered in exchange for a review.
  • Every review is read by the MOTRO team before publication, within 7 working days at most.
  • Negative reviews are published just like positive ones.
  • The text of a review is never edited.
  • By default, reviews are sorted from newest to oldest; you can change the sort order. The “Verified purchase” label means we have found the matching invoice.
  • Reasons for rejection: unrelated to MOTRO or to an order; insulting, defamatory or discriminatory remarks; personal data of a third party; advertising or links; duplicate of a review already posted; clearly fake review.
  • The reason for a rejection can be viewed with your tracking code.
  • Retention: during moderation operations, we delete rejected reviews older than 90 days, anti-abuse technical data older than 90 days and published reviews older than 3 years.
